Overall great experience. Especially impressed with the customer service. Purchased two bikes and were eager to ride them as soon as possible - they made sure the bikes were built and could be picked up that same day. Brendan was fantastic and very helpful! Highly recommend this place!
Amazing bikes and friendly staff with amazing prices. Would recommend for anybody looking to get into them or people that are already experts
Edit: Even though this shop replied saying they don't fix Rad Power bikes they happily took my money to fix my Rad Power. I called them got put on hold for 5 minutes then they took my name and said they'd call me back soon. (That's all that happened when I called the number in their reply.) Safe to say the shop doesn't care about making this right and only replied to make themselves look better because of this bad review. Keep in mind this repair costed me over $200. I purchased my first ebike at e-bike of Colorado. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this bike shop! The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Sarah and she let me test ride 5 different bikes before I fell in love with the Orbea Muga. I really liked the large selection and the opportunity to try each on the Coal Creek trail test ride they provide.
