Very helpful and not at all condescending (which seems rare for a colorado bike shop!)
Great experience at this ebike store! I haven't ridden a bike in 30 years and have knee issues. Nathan helped me get comfortable in the parking lot on the Segway bike. I was able to do their complete 3 mile test ride on the Coal Creek Trail which was an awesome ride to try out the bike. This bike is going to allow me to get out and enjoy the outdoors while working on getting back in shape. Thanks so much guys!
Had a wonderful first time purchase from these people. Super friendly service, not pushy, really just want to make sure you have the best ride possible. Highly recommend if you are looking for your first E-bike, everyone is a wealth of knowledge and eager to talk about the bikes. I will return for all my services or when I need my next bike!!
Vary Friendly, knowledgeable and let me test ride as many bikes as I wanted. They have a great bike trail to test your bike which gives you a variety of surfaces and conditions, with a steep hill to get a complete feel for the bike. I highly recommend this bike shop!
Final review update: We had some friction when dropping our bike off for service and it seems there are some internal challenges with the appointment system and some bottlenecks for the service department… ended up talking to Nick the owner who is an awesome dude and really cares about his customers and his business.
