I want to be very clear at the beginning of this review: the five stars are for E-Bike of Colorado and its people. I would absolutely recommend this shop. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Segway, and after my experience I would strongly encourage anyone shopping here to consider one of the other brands they carry. Stopped by when we lost a nut to hold the bike tire on. Carlos was able to find the right size and actually gave it to us. Staff have always been great when we came in to look at bikes and talk about E bikes. They’re highly knowledgeable and nice!
