The most helpful set of folks I have ever met. They answered all my questions and helped me get my folding Aventon Sinch 2.5. As a bonus they even helped me load the bike into the front seat of my car. That was quite an adventure. Could not have done it without their help
We took our 2 Aventon series e-bikes in for a check up and all employees were nice and helpful and our bikes were done in 1.5 days. Just in time to enjoy the weather this weekend on our bikes. Thanks Ebike of Colorado!
Omg i got 1st one SegwayXyber in Colorado in this store unbelievable they have really ready this bike so early,i give 5 star because people so cool and sweet thank you Ebike Colorado for be awesome and friendly ur are so amazing.
Customer service was pretty good over all but do NOT believe when they say you will get an extra battery. It was part of a promotion after speaking to Aventon and the store no battery almost a year later.
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the good people of E-Bike of Louisville for superb service and proper guidance with making an e-bike purchase. First, I bought my e-bike two years ago from this review. I got the Aventon Pace 500 v2 model and opted for the $200 (I think that's what it was) tire upgrade. I opted to get it because I ride my bike on a trail with a lot of goat heads and have dealt with more than enough flat tires on my old bike that I was open to spending the cash to see if it made a difference.
