Rents to drug addicts, and known sex offenders, but refuses to rent to a woman with no background, no credit issues, a good job and good landlord refrences due to a supposed eviction 15 years ago when she was 17...Not impressed. She dodged a bullet anyway. Give me a break....maybe she needs a few felonies, then try again!
E & B is a dump. Only rents to criminals so they don't have to care if things done. Grass grows to 10 inches and it's only till they get ticketed before they cut it. Been here 8 months and not once have they cleaned hallways or even changed a light bulb in the stairway or in front.
