In addition to providing us with all the information we required to handle a recalled gas fireplace that the house inspector overlooked at closing, Technicians came out to conduct an inspection for us. One star only because zero stars isn’t an option. EBMahoney did a big project for us. We subsequently found issues with the workmanship and have indications of moisture infiltration all over the home. The EBMahoney response to the issues was to hide behind the “Statute of Repose” and not stand behind the work as Ed himself had said he would many times over the years.
I have worked with E B Mahoney many times over the years. Their commitment to excellence is evident in everything they do. Architects are vital to the process however, without proper implementation plans are just ink on paper. In construction, site supervision dictates the success of the project. I know each of the onsite supervisors. They are all singularly focused obtaining uncompromising outcomes. Excellence is so rare but refreshing.
