I didn't have it nor was I instructed to have it. He then asked "how important is $10 to you?" I argued. "How important is $10 TO YOU? I followed your instructions perfectly and was somehow wrong and inconvenienced TWICE." He agreed and gave me $10 off the total. He put the cash directly into his own wallet and provided NO receipt.
