As a property owner who utilized this service I can assure you this is not the management company you want to manage your property. She placed her nurse friend who left me with 10k in property damage. Katrina said she thought the friend was better than that but still left me holding the debt. In addition, if they send J Kenyon for repairs he will drink on the job and leave you with a fire hazard when he is finished. This is what happened to me and all I can say is BEWARE.
