Technician came to our home right on time, was extremely polite and got right to work on the routine heating checkup.. He explained every step as we asked questions and even let use his ladder for another home problem we were having.. He showed us potential issues, but did not strong arm us.. Overall, a great guy who offered superb customer service..
The Technician arrived within the time frame given.. He was professional, explained the problem, including photo, and the pricing.. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner.. They were able to schedule the repair for the same day.. I would definitely use them again..
My AC system was old and I had to replace it. I called a few AC companies and got quotes for the job. The best quote was given by the company. I asked them to do the job. They came to see the place in order to plan the work. They also advised me which new system to buy. I asked them to do the purchase for me as it is difficult for me to go out. There was two workers and the owner was here for a bit of time. The work took about three hours to complete. They kept the area really clean and picked up.
Technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
