Had a wonderful experience with Ryan this morning. When we initially contacted him, we had to leave a voicemail and he promptly returned our call. He committed to a time and day to come work on our fridge repair and he was here, on time, just as he committed! All of this is expected service of a customer, but this level of service is so rare these days. He was so knowledgeable and had our issue fixed within 30mins. Also showed my husband how to troubleshoot in the future, if needed. Highly recommended!
