Staff and Office Manager do not understand how Medicare health insurance works, patient who has Original Medicare as his primary was denied medical care due being "out of network" with his secondary Medicare Supplement plan- this is not possible with Original Medicare (supplement pays automatically- doctor only has to bill the primary, no contract with secondary is necessary). Excellent doctor, excellent staff, I am very happy I found this clinic ,I know I am in excellent hands. Dr Peteris has more than 40 years of experience , my primary doctor (another excellent doctor) Doctor Jorge Alvarado highly recommended Dr. Peteris ,who is also a very lovely person as well as all the staff.The staff is very helpful and efficient . The doctor and the staff make you feel welcome and care for.
