My family did not have a good experience with this company. The biggest problem was definitely lack of communication. In the end we paid a lot for a basic Google sketch up from their engineer department. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. We would not recommend working with this company.
They remodeled our master bathroom. They quoted 4 weeks, it took 3 months because we were their last priority. I had to watch over the majority of workers because many of the contracting teams did not know what to do when they arrived. Demolition team did not know what to remove, painters painted the bathroom a puke green instead of selected paint, plumbers place bath tub drain in the wrong location and the shower wand hand and both had to be fixed.
