Didn’t have a good experience at all. I got my hair cut short by a Korean hair dresser, who was the only one available at the time when I walked in. I showed her a photo of the style I wanted, but it seemed like she couldn’t get it done exactly the same way because of the tools she didn't have on hand. She also spoke English quite poorly so I literally had no idea what she was trying to say, but I stayed patient during this conversation while trying to communicate with her what exactly was the problem. This is my second time here. This time I had Lisa for a haircut and shampoo. She was so friendly and professional. My haircut turned out exactly the way I wanted. Thank-you!
Imagine you have long hair. Your head is like a SOCCER BALL that is black and white in color. And you tell the stylist you would like more volume and they cut pieces of hair underneath so short where the black parts of the the ball are but leave the rest of the white parts long. NINE months and I am still growing it out and every stylist I try to fix it with afterwards does NOT understand why YOON did such a horrrendous WACK JOB on my head. Oh and they have no problem overcharging and making prices up. NO NO NO!

I do not recommend this salon at all. They severely damaged my hair during a perm service. The first perm was not done properly. When I returned, I specifically told them that if there was any risk of damaging my hair, they should not proceed. Unfortunately, they went ahead anyway. I was so distressed that I was crying in the salon and asking them for help to fix the situation. Instead of addressing the problem properly, they gave me another perm, which only made things worse.
