Yanez assisted us with replacing our water heater that broke and created a large leak on Father’s Day. Despite it being a holiday he was quick, friendly, and professional! I was amazed that he was able to replace the water heater the same day. I really appreciated his help.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. DYZ did an AMAZING job taking care of a gas line inspection. They took the time to come out and provided a free estimate for the actual cost of the job, not just a fluffy number over the phone. They were able to coordinate with the city for the permit, gas line test, and inspection all in the same day. The gas company is a complete pain, but DYZ came out a second time to correct the gas company's laziness and get the job 100% completed. Super friendly, super helpful, and very respon... read more
