I live 400 miles from the nearest service center. I called it four times, and no one ever answered the phone. Next, I call another center in another state and the same thing. Then I called one several states away I knew what parts I needed and all they would do was try to sell me more than I needed or to ship my unit to them over 900 miles. I initially gave a bad review, because the store would not take my credit card or cash and online support gave me the run around. After I posted a bad review Brad contacted me and we had a very pleasant call and he made everything right. Very professional and I'm super excited to pick up my new Dyson.
