The doctor should respond to patients that haven’t been treated properly. Especially when it pertains to cancer treatment.
Here’s the hack, if you’re early you’re penalized. They run the schedule in order of appointments. They run 30-40 minutes behind so If you’re 45 min late, you’ll get in before the other folks who got there early or we’re waiting. Seems dumb but that’s the hack. Be 30-60 minutes late for faster service.
RecommendedDr. Dyson is great! My new favorite dermatologist. I didn't feel rushed and she was very knowledgeable and caring. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Office staff were nice and great setting up appointment and the rest.
Brief- impersonal- prescribed without asking if I was taking anything else or if I had any medical concern or was trying to conceive. Then they send the bill to an old address- even though I provided my ID when I came with my new address. When I noted this they told me : It is ultimately your responsibility to let us know of any insurance or address changes. Arriving at 10:00 am for a 10:15 appointment, the waiting room was stacked up with people. Another patient/customer loudly said she had already been waiting 1/2 hour. One of the ladies at the front desk informed another person that Dr. Dyson was already 30 minutes behind (truth be told, probably much more behind). Again, this was at 10:15 in the morning! I have been seeing Patricia Ferrer, PA-C and I love her!! Very compassionate and caring. I would certainly recommend her to anyone!!
Dr. Dyson is a wonderful person and a true professional. She gives a hundred and ten percent to her patients care.
