The Palm Beach County housing Authority should be so ashamed of themselves. Dyson circle has become worse than it was years ago. They haven't renovated those apartments on the inside or outside. There's still no central air and heat. So sad. They continue to take the money they receive from Hud and grants and not put it back into the apartments that they have for low income to poor families. It's just uncalled for unheard of and it's time for a major change.
