Like another person posted, we had been going to Dr Dyo for years. Very friendly man! Somewhere down the line the front office staff has become rude. I hated calling for an appointment! Once I owed on a bill. I tired to tell the office staff everyone I went in that I knew I had a balace on my son. They kept telling me no, that they don't show anything and I was caught up. Terrible front office staff

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dyo for years and have loved him. He is kind, understanding, and helpful in every aspect. A couple of months ago, he referred me to a different hospital for a medical condition that he is unable to treat. I called the office several times asking for the referral with no response, so I finally decided to take it up with reception since Dr. Dyo (obviously) does not take calls. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
