Do not use them or even think about using them. Brought my car to them for tuning and got told i needed a new engine due to engine knock detection. Tried to way over charge for testing that was done. Took it to a reputable shop who tuned it great. Additional knock was simply the added blower noise. Absolute crooks.
Called and asked for a tune on my car. They said they dont normally work on my car. When I mentioned it was a sports car he tried to correct me and tell me it wasnt because I have a turbocharger 4 cylinder. I drive a mustang ecoboost its a sports car. He then rudely hung and and said he changed his mind.
I called and they were very helpful with getting my car to run good again. Just over the phone. He was able to give me The advice that I could not find online about a very specific issue and he was very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.
Whoever picks up the phone for this business has to be afraid of money literally. This is how it went when I called for the first time. "hey how's it going? I just had a quick question real quick?" he said: "is it related to tuning?" and i said "well.. no, not exactly." so he said: "Then you have the wrong number". LAUGHED SO HARD AND HUNG UP. Taking my business elsewhere, I guess HA what a joke
I had a disappointing experience with Harold and DynoSource. The customer service was lacking, and the workmanship on my vehicle was subpar. After taking my car in, I discovered several mistakes that required another shop to fix. I made multiple attempts to get my vehicle back in for corrections, but my inquiries were largely ignored. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience, as I had to seek help elsewhere to rectify the issues.
