What a fantastic experience and pleasure to use Dynomoto! Wasn’t sure what to expect as I found Dynomoto off the internet. My bike was having issues and ran terrible. Richard identified the cause, and the Dyno runs after I did the repair showed amazing results! If you’re looking for reputable, professional service, you found it!

Richard is such an honest person. I brought in my 2011 suzuki gsxr600 for a dyno tune to see if I missed anything from tuning myself when I installed all the accessories and PCV. When I initially went to my appointment, Richard asked me some questions and when it came to "do i have an aftermarket intake" and the answer was No, he suggested I install a K&N filter first or the dyno would not make sense. The tune wasn’t much different than the canned map I got from Dynojet, could’ve probably gone to champion cycle and got a similar or better result for cheaper and they’re closer to home. Also the keypad on the dyno fell on my Harley and scraped the handguard that I just spent $150 on and the exhaust probe was rubbing on my exhaust tip and scraped the edge. I brought it up to Richard but no response from him and he’s not willing to rectify the issue, now I gotta spend $300 to buy a new exhaust tip and handguards.
If you are looking for a very professional, well knowledged dyno shop to tune your bike, Richard at Dynomoto is your place. I was looking for just a overall ridability tune (cleaning up AFRs, etc), but the way Richard tuned it exceeded my expectations. The extra hp and tq at the lower rpms and mid range is awesome. Did a 5.5hr ride the day after the dyno and couldn't be happier. Will be taking my other bike to Richard at Dynomoto as well.
