I usually look forward to my salon visits as a relaxing escape — but AERA might want to turn down the AERA ❄️ because it’s absolutely freezing in there! 🥶 It’s hard to enjoy the experience or settle in when you’re shivering the whole time. Brianne is amazing and always does an incredible job! That said, it was uncomfortably hot in the space, and I was told that they can't control the thermostat from inside the salon. They made phone calls to whomever controls the thermostat, but it never cooled down. It's a bit much when you're there for a couple of hours.
Erin and Michelle did a fabulous job! We had such a great experience and will defintely be back
