I usually look forward to my salon visits as a relaxing escape — but AERA might want to turn down the AERA ❄️ because it’s absolutely freezing in there! 🥶 It’s hard to enjoy the experience or settle in when you’re shivering the whole time. A place meant for calm, comfort, and self-care shouldn’t feel like sitting in a walk-in freezer. Brianne is amazing and always does an incredible job! That said, it was uncomfortably hot in the space, and I was told that they can't control the thermostat from inside the salon. They made phone calls to whomever controls the thermostat, but it never cooled down. It's a bit much when you're there for a couple of hours.
