Stephany is fabulous! – Dynasty is inside the Osceola Square Mall and as you walk past it you tend to feel a little intimidated because the salon looks pricey. After doing that a few times I finally decided to walk-in and look at all the pretty, natural looking displays they have at the entrance. I was in for a pleasant, and affordable, surprise.
