Overall, my experience with this company was highly satisfactory. There were a few issues, however, and I'll start with them. Communication was a bit lacking. I was not regularly informed of when things would happen such as delivery of materials and start dates for my roof replacement or when there would be a delay. There was also a significant amount of time between the initial contract and the start of the job. Dynasty Restoration went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the roofing job. The hard working crew that was here worked non-stop. We are pleased with the final result and our new roof looks great.
Knowledgable and very helpful through the entire insurance claim process. Professional company from start to finish. My roof has had no issues since installation in early July 2017. Keep up the good work guys!
Awesome experience. First time home owner with leaky roof. Dynasty Restoration were friendly and ambitious as they were able to eliminate my leaky roof with awesome solutions to exterior deterioration as well. All in all id give them a 10\10 review and reccommend them to those in need!
