We use Dynasty and their excellent team in our building. They are responsive and caring. They offer smart solutions to our board. Both Bob and Richard are available to us at all times, and they excellent problem solvers. Tenants love them too. We have had them as our management team for three years and we are glad we signed them on.
Our building has utilized Dynasty Property management services for the better part of 3 years. During those three years, we have found Bob and his team to be immensly helpful, responsive, thoughtful, value-oriented and reputable. I would recommend Dynasty to other buildings looking for management assistance.
I have had the pleasure of working with Bob and his team at Dynasty Property management for many years. As their mechanical and boiler contractor, we find Bob very responsive to his properties, and I have even gone as far as recommending Dynasty to some of my customers that suffer from poor management. He has integrity and class, and the properties I work with appreciate his work ethic.
This is one of the best prop. Management our building ever experienced ( 1993 Amsterdam ave) in New York . The manager is ready to do everything for the wellbeing of the building, very diligent, and care about what he is doing. Sometimes even using his own money to help the building in case of hardship. Well done Dynasty you are totally rock.
Horrible management company. Tried to run our building into the ground by spending money and not paying bills (except their own) and never responding to residents.
