Being new to the Hill Country & propane usage, I had no idea that our heat/hot water tanks ran on propane. At barely 3% we tried to reach any propane company to assist us (the company we continued with from the prior owner was out once, filled the tank, and we assumed provided the refill check/service that we contracted for. Good service at a great price 20 cents per gallon cheaper than anywhere in town
Dynasty propane blew all the valves on my propane tank when they over filled it. I was told a technician would be by in the a.m., I had to call the next afternoon because a technician didn’t stop. I was told this would be taken care of, it hasn’t been. I have left multiple messages and no one returns my calls. I spoke with managers, staff, and now they think they can ignore and it will go away. #DynastyPropane
I just wanted to say that Dynasty Propane is the Best Propane company out there. The drivers are very polite, professional, and give great service to their customers. A big thank you to William, for always giving an awesome customer service.😊
Talk about service!!! I just bought a house with propane and we were lost! The office staff scheduled someone quick and not only were they fast, but they took the time to make sure we understood our tank and how to read the gauge...definitely recommend!!!
