Charged $30 for acrylic removal even though their price list states acrylic removal without service is $10. Waited an hour and a half for the process to be completed, during which someone started the process and then left me to sit for 45 minutes soaking my fingers in acetone. They were short staffed, though should consider simply saying "no" if someone walks in and asks if they have time to complete a simple service.
