I wish I can give them ZERO star !.. What a scam!. Charged me 449.00 for a "luxury" vacation package . Tried to book an all inclusive, was told resort not available, changed it so many times, finally booked me in a budget hotel, so I canceled and ask them to book me in Florida. They booked me in Orlando Silver Lake Resort, what a dump !.. had to sit thru THREE hours of intense pressure selling and was charged $150.00 for 3 nights resort fee. Do not get scammed by this racket. They lie, then refuse to refund saying they didn't get your money. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS - also Luxury Vacation Wholesalers is parent company also scams.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. WORST COMPANY THEY LIED ABOUT DESTINATIONS AND THEN THEY TAKE A WEEK FOR RESERVATIONS. SO YOU COULD NEVER GET FLIGHTS AT A GOOD RATE. I'd give a Zero star if I could. Scam company.
These people are scammers they take your money and failed to communicate valuable information to you and have the nerve to blame you we will not be dealing with them again BEWARE!!!
This company is horrible! I had a nightmare of a vacation because they failed to inform me of pertinent info & charged me over $400, because of their miscommunication! I would not resend anyone to do business with them! Take your money elsewhere to Hilton or another documented company. Because they are not legit, honest & a rip off!
