Gerald is a very honest builder and he built us a beautiful custom Villa. He was able to save us money in every which way and never once complained about any feedback that was given on any setbacks we had. If you want to build a beautiful home, have some patience and want a honest human, I would use Gerald all day long.
Gerald was amazing, him and his team completely exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone interested in building a new custom home.
Gerald is a great guy, person to person I have no problems with him. He is very flexible, shows up on time and picks up calls over the weekends. But they are a one man shop. The tile work did not even last for a year. Overall very average workmanship.
Gerald is not a builder, he is a handy man who drives fancy cars bought with money stolen from customers. He has absolutely no clue on how to build a home. He should put a board that says BYOW, bring your own workers. Because he has none, you have to bring your own designers, architect, plumbers, subcontractors and he can still screw up your home. Gerald is a clown, a unprofessional third grade service provider, claims he is a builder. He ruined our home, a remodel work we hired him to do. He ended up using sub standard contractors, cheap materials and ensured a home that will not pass inspection. Unfortunately Texas does not have clear rules or licensing or benchmarks for builders.
