I tried to change the battery in a friend's watch and ruined it. I took it to Dynasty and the girl put my new battery in but the watch wouldn't work. I knew I probably ruined it as a piece broke off for me. She never charged me. I bought a new watch then and the 2 girls were so nice. They set the watch and tried to show me how to reset it. If you need a watch repair or new battery or other maintenances that the place to go. Fair prices ( some beautiful classy, pieces of jewellery). Fast efficient service, very high professional, and all around a pleasant experience. Tiny but special,I highly recommend a visit.
