Please do yourself a massive favor and do not get involved with Howard. I hired him to do a 4 month project and I’m now 15 months in and had to get the ROC involved due to many many bad workmanship issues. 4 out of 4 of his last clients would absolutely not work with him again. 2 of the 4 have filed ROC complaints.
