To put it simply the customer service SUCKS! I went to the business in early Sept 20 met with Kevin got a ball park figure for the pool I wanted. He told be he would send me a proposal. Sent an email late Sept to say I hadn't received the proposal. Got an email back saying he was running behind and he would send proposal the next week. Never got one. RecommendedWe have been going to Dynasty Pools since they opened. They have always had products we needed and guided us in the right direction of pool care and maintenance. We also recently had an issue with our robotic pool cleaner and cannot say enough about the excellent customer service of Dynasty Pools. It was all taken care of for us just in time for the beginning of the pool season! Dynasty recommended that I get a pebble finish on my pool instead of plaster. They said it would last much longer than plaster. It looked great when they finished. After the first year, some tiles fell off. I called them and they came to repair them. After the second winter, some more tiles fell off. Again I called them and they came to fix them. After the third winter, several more tiles fell off and there was a huge crack in the side of the pool. Water had gotten behind the pebble finish, frozen and expanded. I called Dyna... read more

You realize you have ground water and is seeping in to your pool through the back of the gunite as it absorbs water like a sponge. So it pushes the finish into the pool creating blisters than will now allow water past the pebble and will cause more damage at a rapid rate. We had made you aware of the situation and suggested you get it repaired through your insurance since it was your ground water that caused it.
