It's terrible and bad company, they don't do the work, they use subcontractors. I did a big job for them. They owe me all the work, it's like 9,000.00 so far. They haven't responded to me for more than a year. I've been calling and they never answer me and the office stays closed all the time.
Had my home sided. A job that was quoted as 5 to 7 days to complete took them a little over 6 weeks. Now 3 yrs later, pieces of siding fell off and it seems they don't want to honor their warranty. Initially said they be out to repair in a week. No show and they won't answer my phone calls or emails.
Windows installed! They look great!!
I had a very good experience with Dynasty Exteriors. The salesperson Tamara fully explained the whole process to us and was available before, during, and after the work was complete for any questions we had. They were on time, gave a great quote, very friendly, and redid the roof on my home, shed, and new gutters all done in one day!!
