I cannot say enough good things about Dynasty Duct and especially Gus. What started as a simple $79 vent cleaning quoted from another company turned into discovering a problem that had been affecting my home for years. I tried the cheap route and learned very quickly other companies will either add other services or not even get to the problem. We have used Dynasty Ducts twice over the years and highly recommend them. They are direct, honest and reliable, which can be hard to find in a home service company. Gus was great, he walked me through everything he was seeing, showed me before and after pictures of my vents (yuck!). I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured, they were very respectful of my home, and friendly as well. Now my house feels so much cleaner, smells better, and way less dust. Dont hesitate to use Dynasty Ducts!
Gus came to clean out our dryer vents this morning. Very efficient, super nice and converter of the fact I was on a meeting at work when he cleaned the vent. This was just maintenence as we have a dog and she sheds quite a lot of fur so is better to get the dryer cleaned out sooner than later to prevent any fires from starting. Gus also recommended the approximate time to clean out the dryer next time which was very helpful to know. Overall, great service and great results. Jamie, the owner, offers great service!
Our dryer was throwing 80-90% airflow codes, and was not drying properly. Called Dynasty Ducts and they came out next day. Gus was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Cleaned the dryer vent and the amount of lint that was removed was shocking. He also trimmed the duct from the dryer to the vent so it laid properly. Did a great job from start to finish and I highly recommend them. They were much less expensive than the price Mad Hatter quoted.
