After 7 months still waiting for Ivan to give us the remotes for two fans thats we can not use, don't have a button for the garbage disposal. The cabinets were suppost to be black need a finish coat like the rest on the walls which has only primer. This company is not professional!!!
Asi entrego la casa Ivan y todavia no puede terminarla. Le marcan y solo mentias, ya infecto d corona a todos los trabajadores y asta accidentes fatales invento para no hacer el trabajo. no tiene palabra. Los trabajadores no se dedican a lo que dicen vean las fotos.Tuvimos que pagar profecionals. Esta compania no lo es!
Muy amables en el proceso de la construcción , pero cuando se trata de arreglar detalles pendientes o garantía no. Dos meses desde que cerramos con promesas y dar su palabra de que va a mandar trabajadores y nunca llegan. Me hubiera gustado leer todos estos reviews antes de hacer negocio con ellos.
Well where can I start? Don’t get me wrong Ivan & Rick have always been nice and respectful to us. Yet the finishes the house still needs where never done. Ivan promised to fix them even before closing. (My mistake) but I was put in a situation where my lease for apartment had ended and needed a place to move in ASAP. Its been 2 months that we closed on the house and its always the same response…that he will send someone out here and they never arrive… BE AWARE of NOT closing until he fixes everything to your satisfaction.
