This company doesn’t pay their sub contractors. We did 3 jobs for them and got paid for 1 job. Ghosted us and now won’t answer phone calls. This is a company you don’t want to hire or work for. Home owners beware hiring them, you will end up with liens on your property.

I was referred to Dynasty Builders by a friend! I had a large crack in my garage on the floor. Every time it rained, the water would leak through the cracks and damage my walls. Thankfully Eddie and his team at Dynasty Builders helped me solve this headache. They were professional and transparent with the entire process. I would recommend them and loved working with the team!!!

Awful experience.. A lot of promises that went unfulfilled. A project that should have only taken a few months took over a year and it’s still not completed. Had an inspection and it didn’t pass due to their errors and they won’t even take credibility for their errors. Terrible customer service and support.

They never finished the AVU for my neighbor after 12+ months of constructions. They stole thousands of dollars from them and kept making costly mistakes. DON'T HIRE THEM!

BEWARE!!!! - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DYNASTY! these guys are scammers, running a ponzi scheme! I hired Dynasty to build an ADU in my backyard. We signed a contract through a construction lender and project was financed through a loan. Right off the bat we had problems, they wanted to be paid up front more that what was in our contract and refused to proceed with any work without being paid prior to work getting completed.
