Got my Spouses ring resized, they billed us accordingly. After about a month of wearing we noticed it was starting to flake. Not exactly sure how a resizing happens but I didn't think any other metal would be added, to my surprise this 10 karat white gold ring started to change colour. I did some research and landed on Citizen Watches, came to Polo Park and this Place was the First i found, front and centre were the watches i needed to look at In 15 minutes I owned a Brand New High Quality Watch, been a few weeks since I purchased it and it is still operating great, prices are about the same as online which is great for saving on shipping. Recently got a nice gold chain worth 2000 to find out it isn’t real gold!!! I wouldn’t want anyone going there
Worst service ever! Asking for polish my rings and pay $80. then coming for pickup and they said i need to pay $60 more because they rhodium they, which i did not ask for! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
