You get what you pay for. I took my watch here to be resized and really regret the decision. The technician showed no regard for my watch's condition, allowing his tools to scratch and impact other parts of the casing during the process. If you have an inexpensive watch, this might be okay, but if your watch is worth over $100, do yourself a favor and find a professional who will treat your property with care.
Just a week ago, my mom went to Dynasty Jewellers to get her watch fixed as the bracelet connecting to the watch case was flipping open. Without discussing the amount or telling my mom the process of what needs fixing, one of the men (we are assuming was the owner) started disassembling the watch. They resized cleaned and repaired my wedding band and engagement ring. They literally did a phenomenal job. It was ready faster than any other place could quote me and I loved they had extra security when I picked it up and made me show my ID as I was a bit worried to leave it there I was really happy with the fast service and not just handing it to a stranger. Definitely would recommend.
Got my Spouses ring resized, they billed us accordingly. After about a month of wearing we noticed it was starting to flake. Not exactly sure how a resizing happens but I didn't think any other metal would be added, to my surprise this 10 karat white gold ring started to change colour. This was very upsetting I would NEVER bring any jewellery back to dynasty as I feel totally ripped off
