I called on Friday, they were here Saturday morning, Great price for full surveillance system. The installlation guys were great and made sure we were completely satified before they left.

The customer service from the owner, was terrible. The installer was great, personable, and overall nice.

Flat fee for each camera. They worked hard to make sure the cameras were in the spots I wanted them. The installer was professional and worked hard.

The man who installed our cameras is worth his weight in gold! But his bosses are totally rude! Hey, when you talk to your employees on the phone, dont talk down to them while they are on a job because we (customers) can hear you. I ended up figuring out how to work the DVR on my own. Find a company that actually appreciates what the employees are trying to do! My other two cameras will be installed by another company sadly. I cant support a place that treats employees horribly.

After working at my house three separate times, weeks later, cameras still aren't functional. Looks terrible - not "hidden", as promised. After making appointments, they did not show up on time, and sometimes not all . Overall unprofessional.

We appreciate the customer?s perspective on this. We try to ensure our techs are timely and the work is completed to satisfaction. Due to the customer?s schedule, specific appointment times were requested. Unfortunatly when techs are held up are at prior job location we sometimes run a little behind. We have since refunded the customer?s order, and wish her all the best in the future!

unreliable and unprofessional 

Business response:

Unavoidable circumstance as the project was moved out due to schedule conflicts. The assigned crew was held over on another jobsite which pushed this schedule out. Installation completed, customer paid on 4/18 and project was closed successfully.
