Always excellent professional service from Dynamo. They are knowledgeable, highly skilled, prompt, reasonable, and respectful of the homeowner's property. I use Dynamo for all of my electrical needs.
It was stormy on our scheduled service date, which could pose a risk to an electrician! Nonetheless, our technician arrived on time to check whether we were having any problems with our *******, explain why a full checkup might not be prudent, and schedule a follow-up date for the full checkup. On that follow-up date, he again arrived on time and did the full check-up, being personable and professional throughout. That's the level of service we've come to expect from Dynamo Electric!
Dynamo Electric installed a generator for us. They were very professional from our initial call to the final inspection by the County. While they said we would lose power during the installation, they completed as much work as possible before turning off the power and we were only out about 2 hours. Quick workers, great to deal with and informed us what to expect.
The entire process worked perfectly. The scheduler was professional, the technician, Rob, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, cleaned the unit, performed all necessary maintenance and explained some of the generator’s controls, answering all my questions. Top rated company!
Dynamo Electric always takes good care of me. Their field techs are knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, tidy, and just plain nice. The techs actually enjoy their work. I have used them to install chandeliers, exterior outlets, attic fan, and a generator. I have an annual service contract too. I have met the owner and he has high standards and ethics. Look no further for a worry free experience.
