Nothing but great experiences at this gym super helpful and motivating staff. Done a couple of group sessions and got a lot out of them highly recommend this place for anyone with any level of experience!
I have been going to dynamix boxing since it opened and love the fitness,people and atmosphere. Its great for all fitness levels and ages. Jimo is an inspiring coach.
Awesome boxing classes for fitness and or technique! All fitness levels. And a great fun workout ! Jimo is an awesome trainer. Highly recommend! Just do it you will love it!
