So excited to move in! Elizabeth was super helpful during the whole process and Dynamite has been more than accommodating for us first-time renters (outside of student housing). All of their rentals are gorgeous, I highly recommend them!!
The homeower was so wonderful and made us feel very valued as a tenant who takes great care of our house. Whenever we have needed assistance, I feel like we are a bother to the management and we end up taking care of things on our own more than I anticipated. We love our house, but are getting the cold icy feel we were used to living in DTLA for years, vs. the warm feeling we had initially when renting and taking great care of our current home.
