I’ve been training with Mariia for a year and a half (plus) now and I feel confident stating that I’ve had the best workouts of my life, gained the most fitness and had some fun along the way. I had fallen off of the bandwagon with the pandemic and am so glad I chose this gym. I’d recommend Dyanmics and Mariia’s personal training to anyone. Mariia has a wealth of knowledge and expertly applies it, modifying exercises or workouts to keep things interesting and ensure you’re getting the most out of your time in the gym. A+
