Eddy McGowan and his amazing team of Real Estate professionals are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional and work incredibly hard to get the best price for their Sellers. I owe them BIG TIME for getting the price I wanted for my lovely home in a difficult market a few years back. I have to make a correction to my review, because I misunderstood the content of the contract. This correction is for all buyers using Dynamic edge realty. When I meet Eddie he told me that I don’t have to pay him nothing and he will negotiate his commission from the seller. The contract that he gave me to sign started that “the buyer agrees to pay the BROKER a commission of 3%...”.
