I'm so blessed to have found this company! Shay is absolutely amazing. She always communicates and is wonderful help! Edited to add- Shay is ON IT! When my regular caregiver had a situation Shay was right there to make sure I wasn't stranded! I very much appreciate her business and work ethic!
Manager or owner is very unprofessional. This place is unable to provide stable and reliable caregivers and depends on your personal family or friends to sign up for hours. Services are not being met and no guidelines for the employees they hire, as they are unable to be dependable and lack accountability. Finally parting ways and this lady, Sha, told my father she no longer wants him as a client because she is unable and not willing to make sure his needs are met. The owner is very rude and when you do not deal with her disrespect she yells and hangs up on you. They never pay the employees
Wonderful company to work for would also recommend their in home care service.
