Bill, the owner, is very helpful, caring, considerate, honest, knowledgeable, honorable, reasonable, prompt, and not a scam artist, looking to make a quick buck (much like many other companies out there). Very friendly, polite and professional. They took care of the wasps that was in the siding of the house.
You can call one of the big guys for your pest control needs but you’d be doing yourself a disservice. In these times when you’re lucky if you receive a call back from a company, it was refreshing to see owner, Bill Hoopman, in my home making sure the job was done right the first time. They didn’t rush as they thoroughly went through my entire house to eradicate the issue with ants we were having. Don’t waste your time and money with companies who aren’t committed to excellence. Do yourself a favor and use Dynamic!
