Called and set 2 appointments. No one ever called back or followed up with email. Poor customer service. Local number goes to corporate and place is hard to find.
I am manager of the Saco Maine XL Sports World. We had Dynamic come in and lay 3 new basketball courts for us and within a few weeks they were full of scuff marks and Dynamic said it was because we were cleaning them wrong. We were using the floor Zamboni they told us to buy, the color pad they told us to use and the neutral cleaner. They sent one of their workers up here to do a cleaning demo and that worker said our floors were as clean as could be and that we were cleaning them the best we could so it wasn't that. I have had 2 experiences with their surfaces and both times there were major issues. Peeling, chipping and bubbles appeared within weeks of installation. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.
I am the owner of 10 sports facilities across the East Coast of America. Dynamic Sports Construction laid three basketball courts in our facility in Maine. They had to redo the job the first time because of bubbles forming underneath the court and paint chipping. And after less than 6 months the same has happened again. The installer says they do not know what to do next and have refused to refund. If you are thinking of using this company please contact our facility in Saco Maine for further pictures of the incompetent work
