This business is not committed to their instructors or growth of the studio. My classes were taken down from the schedule with zero notice or sufficient reasoning, with threats to withhold my earned wages. I was not paid for over a month of working here. I have seen several other staff members come and go as well. Communication among the staff is weak, and there is little to no promotion for the studio or its classes. This is my favorite yoga studio! The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and open to all levels of yoga and exercise practice. The light therapy sauna and cold plunge included in the membership make this a well rounded wellness experience!

I'm thoroughly enjoying the sauna/ cold plunge combo. I'm always so grateful that the sauna is ready for me when I arrive. In addition to this, I continue to benefit from and enjoy the yoga classes with my favorite instructors! Thank you!

The studio is well laid out and I love the energy it has! Everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and kind! So far I've tried the yoga, HIIT training, and the cold plunge.
