I called about a question I had regarding my wife's wheelchair and they helped me over the phone. Will get my wife's wheelchair serviced from now on
Very pleased with the service provided by this company. 2 other companies could not repair my Permobil electric wheelchair. Dynamic Repair Solutions is the only company that fixed it right once and for all. I am thankful to them. My insurance covered the repair so I did not pay anything for the repair.
Wonderful experience all around. Great repair service. Caring people. My power wheelchair is running perfectly.
We have been using this company for many years and they always do great job working on my mother’s electric wheelchair. Recently her chair needed a replacement part where her insurance allowable reimbursement for it was lower than the cost. Yet this company agreed to do the repair and got it replaced even at a loss to accommodate us as a repeat customer! All I can say is WOW!
