Dynamic recently replaced the roof on our home. We are very satisfied with how quickly the project started after we met with Phil and how efficiently the work was completed. They did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. We would highly recommend Dynamic for their service, price and quality of the work.
In May of 2014, our home needed a new roof and 81 sheets of plywood. We took estimates from Dynamic Remodel and another high quality remodeling and roofing firm. The sales person from Dynamic provided an estimate which was complete and compelling. Steve managed the project with efficiency and professionalism. They delivered on ALL the work specified in our contract and went beyond in all aspects with great attention to detail. We recommended to them anyone who is interested in receiving great value and quality workmanship.

Dynamic Remodeling is one of the best remodeling companies I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. There owners Phil & Steve are first class people, that treat there customers with respect and are not only very knowledgeable, but are fair and honest as well. Every employee I met had that same attitude and there work was exceptional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for any exterior projects that they are considering having done.
We contacted Dynamic Remodel for an estimate on our roof after we saw them replace the roof on our neighbors home. She highly recommended them. Phil come out right away, we were pleased with the estimate and he got started right away. Roof finished in one day!! Also Steve gave us an estimate on new basement windows and repair on siding on our sun porch. Great price, fantastic work by Stan and John! All were professional!! Thank you!
