Don't ever use this company. Rented a house from them and had nothing but issues. Constantly wanting to do inspections , and calling my mother and I (shady and causing problems) not true at all.Made our payment in August signed a new lease just for Shawnee to call 3 hours later mad cursing us because we had let the owner of the home in to see the house and we spoke with him about how we were being treated. Not to mention i caught there so called repair man going through my drawers. (Richard) Point is don't rent from them..
