The doctors themselves are awesome, but the rates are incredibly steep, you are forced to pay 200$ to just talk on the phone to get meds refilled, and took them nearly three weeks to bill me for my first 2 appointments, after telling me it seemed my insurance had covered them. Like why even have a request refills button on the portal if it doesn't do anything?
They hit my partner with huge bill a month after the appointment. The staff didn't seem to know how the billing worked and they charged like 200 dollars for medication refill appointments. Overall it definitely felt like they cared more about the surprise bills than treatment. Horrible experience and would not recommend them.
I've been going to them for over a year and they are awesome to work with. Everyone is kind and patient, I really appreciate it.
