Dynamic manage the basics well but really shine with the trickier issues. They know the legal requirements thoroughly and always approach things with courtesy and professionalism. STRATA forced me to move out of my place for 3 weeks and turned my flat into an active worksite due to fire safety works. No compensation no accountability. Only tricky words in the paperwork to protect their assess legally. 'Your place will remain habitable over night coz we will clean the site every day for you' Bullshit. Do not RENT or BUY from Motto apartments!
