Margaret Blackhall and her team recently guided the rewiring of our apartment block to a successful completion. They also patiently guided to a successful completion a somewhat fraught fire order. Margaret is very capable and professional strata manager. Her AGMs are disciplined, no-nonsense affairs which cover many complex issues in a firm, but friendly manner. If only all strata managers worked to her standards.
Mary was extremely helpful and efficient in her assistance to us.
Our Community Association and Neighbourhood Association have both been working with Dynamic for several years. We have found their performance to be excellent, especially in continuity of manager and the timeliness of their work. I'm happy to recommend them strongly.
