I filled out a form to tour 2 units listed on Hotpads by this company. Not only did no one ever follow up with me to tour those units, I was contacted by an apartment broker who had all the information I put in the form. They wanted to set me up for tours at other places they represent. It seems to me my data was sold and the original ads were only there to collect my info.

I recently called about a property listing I found on HotPads, managed by Dynamic Property Management LLC. Initially, everything seemed legitimate – they had a professional phone service and an online form to request a viewing. However, when I received a callback, the representative was extremely rude, claiming they had no listing on Huron and then abruptly hung up on me. I was shocked by their unprofessionalism. Dave Brown, owner of this company has recently been simultaneously dropped by two separate condominium associations in the Golden Triangle for improper business practices. Neither HOA Association is willing to write a review because of his irrational temperament and the final resolve to move on. However, I will say as someone who has friendships in both communities, it has been shocking to learn of his behaviors.
