Just used Dynamic Property Inspection and was so happy I did! Not only were all of my questions answered the day of the inspection, but Steve recommended some specialists to come look at the foundation and plumbing of the house based on what he saw (since inspectors are limited in what they are able to do). RUN RUN RUN. DO NOT USE! Spend $750 on my inspection and within 30 days they have cost me over $13,000. Purchased my first home and used dynamic based on realtor recommendation. (Who has since fired them after my home and another he recommended) the other home was infested with black mold and they didn’t mention a word of it in the inspection.
